Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large sauce pan, combine the water, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. bring to a boil.
- Turn the stove off, add milk.
- Stir in the potato flakes with a fork.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese.
